Host a CSNTM Event

A “CSNTM Mini-Snapshot,” like name implies, is a smaller version of the large event. This isn’t a fundraiser, it’s a friend-raiser. We never ask for money at this casual gathering, hosted by you in your home or another suitable venue.

We begin with a brief social time, were New Testament artifacts are on display and we enjoy some light refreshments. Then, one of our scholars will discuss the history of the New Testament and present the mission and vision of the Center for the Study of New Testament Manuscripts.

Attendees are given the option to follow up or receive more information from CSNTM. We don’t add guests to a mailing list unless they request it, and we never mention donations unless they ask.

One of our scholars will present all or part of our teaching series, “Text to Translation: the Story of the New Testament,” which traces the history of the text from the time of the apostles to the present day. This amazing journey through time explains how we can trust that the words first written 2,000 years ago are faithfully rendered in the New Testament you hold in your hands today.

This can be presented in one of several ways:

• a single, one-hour overview session,
• a three-session weekend,
• or all seven modules presented over an extended time.
